D'andre Lay

I am D’andre Lay, the CEO of The Uproot Agency. I take great pride in being recognized as a pillar of integrity by everyone who knows me or has had the pleasure of meeting me. My upbringing has been deeply rooted in family and Christian values, which have shaped my dedication to becoming a source of support and assistance for others through the embodiment of classic southern hospitality.

From a young age, I was instilled with the principles of hard work and the value of a dollar. These foundational lessons have guided my personal and professional journey. Resurrection Baptist Church in Schertz, Texas, has been my spiritual home since birth, and it is my ambition to one day lead their outreach ministry, continuing the legacy of service and community engagement that has been a cornerstone of my life.

In my commitment to my faith and community, I undertook and successfully completed an extensive three-year and six-month course through Resurrection Baptist Church, culminating in my becoming an Evangelist in the summer of 2016. This rigorous training and the values it reinforced have significantly influenced my approach to leadership and service.

My entrepreneurial aspirations were significantly shaped by my firsthand experience with my father's restaurant from 2015 to 2016. During this time, I was closely involved in the various aspects of starting, funding, planning, and managing the business. This invaluable experience ignited my passion for business ownership and management, inspiring me to one day establish and lead my own venture.

At The Uproot Agency, I bring these experiences and values to the forefront, driving our mission to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients. My journey has been a testament to the power of integrity, hard work, and community, and I am dedicated to upholding these principles in all my endeavors.
